HEMAL SHAH

Hemal Shah, born in Kenya, spent the majority of her early childhood in the Port Reitz area of Mombasa. The eldest of 3 sisters, she appreciates the sacrifices that were made for the betterment of the family as a whole. To Hemal, education be it formal or vocational, has always been the bedrock of success. Having been introduced to Kenya Kesho School for Girls and the work that is done especially for the girls in the coastal town close to her heart, she was immediately game when asked to run the London Landmarks Half Marathon to raise funds for the Charity. She wholeheartedly feels honoured to help the girls for a better future.
