I am raising money for a feeding programme for families in dire need from The Kenya Kesho School for Girls. 

It costs approx Shs 5,000/- to feed a family of 10 for a month. 

That is euro 43 , pounds sterling 37 , USdollars 46.

We received a distressing message at 0340 this morning from one of our families who had not eaten for three days.

The family was suffering and he was at his limit. This is his message sent to Peter;

Dear Mr. Peter let me apologize in advance incase I will annoy you in this, my family has gone for three consecutive days without food.  I therefore kindly request a loan of 15,000/- from you if possible to save us for at least 2 or 3 months to come.  I will pay back immediately I resume to my kibarua (temporary casual employment).  I’m ready to sign any agreement with you but at least save the situation at the moment, remember you are my last bullet in my gun, kindly consider me, isaac genya.
